As per NY State regulations, face masks are required at all indoor public spaces (McCauley Chalet), except when seated and eating or drinking.

COVID 19 SEASON PASS ASSURANCE STATEMENT:
* In the event that NY State mandates closure of McCauley Mountain after opening day, the following conditions will apply: If closure occurs within 40 days of opening, 50% of the cost paid will be applied to the purchase of a 2022-23 season pass. If closure occurs from 41-60 days of opening, 30% of the cost paid will be applied to the purchase of a 2021-22 season pass. After 61 days from the opening date, no adjustments will be available.
